The Corporate Equality Index is a national benchmarking survey and report on corporate policies and practices related to LGBT workplace equality, administered by the Human Rights Campaign Foundation.  It evaluates LGBT-related policies and practices including non-discrimination workplace protections, domestic partner benefits, transgender-inclusive health care benefits, competency programs and public engagement with the LGBT community.

By creating a workplace that values the individual and wellbeing, we are better enabled to deliver upon the service excellence our clients rely on while creating healthy employees and communities.”

“Earning the highest score in the annual HRC Corporate Equality Index (CEI) means a lot to LPL’s community of LGBT employees, colleagues and allies,” said Aaron Gordon, LPL senior vice president, National Consulting. “The score is a very meaningful reflection of LPL truly living up to our corporate values.
