LPL Financial Announces Proposed Leverage-Neutral Debt Refinancing

LPL Financial Holdings Inc. today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, LPL Holdings, Inc. (“LPL Holdings”), plans to refinance its existing capital structure in a leverage-neutral transaction.
