LPL Financial Announces Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2019 Results

LPL Financial Holdings Inc. (Nasdaq: LPLA) (the “Company”) today announced results for its fourth quarter ended December 31, 2019, reporting net income of $127 million, or $1.53 per share. This compares with $120 million, or $1.36 per share, in the fourth quarter of 2018 and $132 million, or $1.57 per share, in the prior quarter.
