LPL Financial Announces Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2016 Results

LPL Financial Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: LPLA) (the "Company") today announced results for its fourth quarter ended December 31, 2016, reporting net income of $42 million, or $0.46 per share. This compares with $27 million, or $0.28 per share, in the fourth quarter of 2015 and $52 million, or $0.58 per share, in the prior quarter.
