LPL Financial Announces The Purchase Of National Planning Holdings

Leading retail investment advisory firm and independent broker/dealer LPL Financial LLC today announced it has acquired the independent broker-dealer network of National Planning Holdings, Inc. (“NPH”). The transaction is structured as an asset purchase with an initial purchase price of $325 million.
