LPL Financial Announces Second Quarter 2016 Results

LPL Financial Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: LPLA) (the "Company") today announced results for its second quarter ended June 30, 2016, reporting net income of $48 million, or $0.53 per share. This compares with $50 million, or $0.56 per share, in the prior quarter and $50 million, or $0.52 per share, in the second quarter of 2015.
