LPL Financial Announces Second Quarter 2019 Results

LPL Financial Holdings Inc. (Nasdaq: LPLA) (the “Company”) today announced results for its second quarter ended June 30, 2019, reporting net income of $146 million, or $1.71 per share. This compares with $119 million, or $1.30 per share, in the second quarter of 2018 and $155 million, or $1.79 per share, in the prior quarter.
