LPL Financial Announces Third Quarter 2016 Results

LPL Financial Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: LPLA) (the "Company") today announced results for its third quarter ended September 30, 2016, reporting net income of $52 million, or $0.58 per share. This compares with $41 million, or $0.43 per share, in the third quarter of 2015 and $48 million, or $0.53 per share, in the prior quarter.
